Thanks to Cindi, my wife and I are healthier and more fit than we ever have been. Cindi’s willingness to come to our home has made all the difference in starting our workouts with her. We have been with Cindi for over nine years and feel it is the best thing we have done for ourselves ever! We work with Cindi twice a week for an hour for each of us. Cindi has pushed us to improve our workouts, but she never lets us get discouraged. I look forward to our twice weekly sessions and am motivated on the days I am not training to exercise on my own. The experience has been truly invigorating. Cindi is very personable and is flexible with scheduling. and she takes her clients and her business very seriously. Our workout routines include a variety of weight training, cardiovascular training, yoga and Pilates. Cindi is very flexible and is always willing to adjust the exercise routine to our needs. Over the years Cindi has worked with us through many recovery from several surgeries, always encouraging us to put in the effort to push ahead, but at the same time proceeding cautiously.
